Hajj & Umrah Packages
Pilgrimage is not an ordinary trip, and it should not be sold like one. We arrange the whole journey and brief you on what to expect at each stage.
- Visa, flights and accommodation arranged together, with Makkah and Madinah options at different distances from the Haram.
- Ground transport and Ziyarah visits included and stated in the itinerary, not sold as surprise add-ons.

Visa Application Assistance
Most visa refusals are paperwork problems, not judgement calls. We prepare your file properly the first time and follow it until there is a decision.

How soon can you issue an air ticket?
Once you confirm an option and payment is received, tickets are normally issued the same working day. For urgent same-day travel, call 0716 110303 rather than emailing — we can often still find seats.
Do you guarantee that a visa will be approved?
No — and no honest agency will. The decision belongs entirely to the embassy or consulate. What we control is the quality of the application: complete, consistent and matched to the current checklist. That is where most refusals actually come from.
How do I pay, and when?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash at our Eastleigh office. You always receive a full written quotation — fare, taxes, service fee and exclusions — before any payment is requested.
Can you handle group, family and corporate bookings?
Yes, and they are a large part of our work. Send your traveller list, dates and destination and we will price the group as one booking — including Hajj and Umrah parties, company teams and extended families travelling together.
What does it cost to ship cargo?
Cargo is priced per shipment, based on weight, volume, route and mode. Send the dimensions, weight, contents and destination, and we return a landed cost that includes documentation, so there is no surprise at the other end.
What if something goes wrong while I am travelling?
