Mus'ab Travel Agency Limited is an IATA-accredited travel and cargo agency operating from Eastleigh, Nairobi. We arrange flights, pilgrimages, visas, student placements, freight and tours — and we stay reachable until the trip is done.
Our story
Started because travel in Nairobi was harder than it needed to be
Anyone who has booked a trip from Nairobi knows the pattern: a quoted price that grows at payment, a visa file rejected over a missing bank statement, a consignment sitting at customs because one document was filled in wrongly, and an agent whose phone stops ringing the moment money changes hands.
Mus'ab Travel Agency Limited was set up to run the opposite way. We keep our services under one roof — ticketing, pilgrimage, visas, study abroad, cargo and tours — so that the person who books your flight is the same person who knows your visa is pending and your cargo is in transit.
Being IATA-accredited means we issue tickets directly on major carriers rather than through a chain of middlemen. Being a registered limited company means there is a real business behind your booking. And being based in Eastleigh means you can walk in, sit down and get an answer face to face.
